Cách dùng đại từ thì sách có nói, nhưng lập tag cho câu có nhiều mệnh đề thì tài liệu không đề cập nên rắc rối. Cho mình hỏi thêm, nếu câu 3 có thể lập tag cho 2 mệnh đề, thi câu 7 " It is the first time he has driven a car." có thể áp dụng như câu 3 không?

2) This is the best book she has written, isn't it?For (1) when you're talking about a period of time it is important to use the Present Perfect tense.
For (2), the reason for my change is best explained by looking at your example (4). Just as you will replace a definite noun with an indefinite pronoun when talking about a person, you will also replace a demonstrative pronoun with an empty pronoun when talking about an object.

revdolphin | Vote: 1Since this instance is using the third person, the focus would be on the initial subject and her beliefs and not on the subordinate subject and whether or not he will come. If you were to question whether he will come it would need to take place in a new sentence: i.e. "She thinks he will come. Won't he?"

If you want the question to be whether or not it seems like they know what they're doing, use "doesn't it", and if you want your question to focus on whether or not they know what they are doing use "don't they".
"aren't they" would NOT be correct
